Video: Suspect Sought After Stealing Cash Register, Police Say
RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WOLO) – Deputies with the the Richland County Sheriff’s Department are looking for a suspect who allegedly stole the cash register from a local gas station.
Just after 8:30 PM on Tuesday, April 19, at the Shell gas station located at 1909 Percival Road, authorities say the suspect walked in to the business demanding the register and then ripped the register from behind the counter.
Officials say no one was injured during the incident.
The suspect is in his 20’s, wearing black plants and a black shirt and fled the scene in a red SUV, officials say.
