No Major Hurricanes in 10 Years

No Major Hurricanes have hit the United States in the last 10 years. A Major Hurricane is one that is at least a category 3 storm (the scale goes from 0-5). You might be thinking that this is a bit of an unusual drought. It is. According to NASA, the odds of this happening are about once every 270 years!
