ABC Columbia – Red Cross Blood Drive
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – The winter months are typically slow, in terms of blood donations.
The American Red Cross is issuing an emergency call for blood and platelet donors, they say about 37,000 fewer donations were given in November and December than expected.
Red Cross encourages donors to help save a life in 2017 by giving blood. Join ABC Columbia and iHeart Radio, along with the Red Cross at the New Year’s Blood Drive.

The event takes place Tuesday, Jan. 10 from 7am-7pm at the Plex at the Village at Sandhill.
