People from all across the Midlands came out to give the gift of life. And it is not too late to donate blood.
The Red Cross says that blood can only be stored for about a month and a half, which is why regular donors are so important.
“I am so thankful,” she said. “I would not be here for my kids if people hadn’t donated. I will forever be appreciative.”
The Blood Drive will take place on January 4, 2023 from Noon-7pm at Flight Adventure Park at Sandhill off Fashion Drive
Some folks were able to walk away with a voucher for a free oil change after donating blood.
