Venus will be very bright in the morning sky through early December
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – If you’re an early riser, you may notice the bright “star” in the eastern sky. It’s actually not a star at all. It’s Venus and it will remain very bright through the early part of December. Venus is the 3rd brightest object in the sky, behind only the sun and the moon. The reason it’s so bright is because Venus is completely covered in clouds and the sun’s light reflects off those clouds.
