Wednesday marks 5 years since Emanuel AME Church mass shooting

CHARLESTON, S.C., (WOLO) — Tomorrow marks 5 years since the massacre at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston.
On June 17th, 2015, Dylan Roof entered the church and killed 9 people after a bible study.
There are events planned this week to remember those lost.
Roof was sentenced to death and is currently being held in a federal prison.
