Survey: SC has 7th most at-risk youth

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–South Carolina’s young people are in trouble.
According to a survey released today by wallethub.com , South Carolina has the 7th most at-risk youth in the country.
The survey was based on factors like, the number of young people not attending secondary education, the percentage of those 12 and older not fully vaccinated, and the percentage of youth without a high school diploma.
According to the study, Louisiana had the most at-risk youth with Massachusetts having the fewest.
