Historic Flooding in Saint Louis

Saint Louis got hammered today with more rain than they’ve ever seen before.  How much?  Some spots near Saint Louis got nearly a foot of rain in about 10 hours.  That’s roughly a third of the rainfall they normally get in a year!  You can read the whole story below.
