Student arrested for loaded gun on campus
Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Richland Co. Deputies say a Keenan HS student brought a loaded gun to school.
Investigators say the 17 year old boy is charged with possession of a firearm on school property, possession of a firearm under 18, possession of a stolen firearm, and unlawful carry.
According to deputies, school administrators were told about the gun after the student went through a metal detector and the gun was found in his book bag.
Investigators say the gun came back as stolen from Kingstree, SC.
