COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — At a press conference on Sunday morning, ABC Columbia’s Austin Page spoke with the new Miss South Carolina, Sarah Kay Wrenn, and the new Miss South Carolina’s Teen, Tess Ferm.
Miss Lake Murray’s Wrenn and Miss Charleston’s Teen Ferm won their titles over the weekend after a week-long competition at the Township Auditorium.
They will compete for Miss America and Miss America’s Teen in September.
The Miss South Carolina Scholarship Organization is one of the state’s largest providers of scholarships for young women — with delegates competing for $260,000 in scholarships.
