Lexington man accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)– Investigators with the SC Attorney General’s Office  say a Midlands man solicited and engaged in criminal sexual conduct with a minor, and sent sexually explicit images to a minor.

Officials say James Martin, 34, of Lexington is facing three charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor after he was arrested June 26, by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Lexington Co. Sheriff’s Department.
