Amazon founder Jeff Bezos begins start-up Ai company
(CNN)– Amazon founder Jeff Bezos hopes his different spin on Ai will take off.
His start-up company called Prometheus is seeking to create what he calls an “artificial general engineer.”
That’s Ai powerful enough to not only design extremely complex things like jet engines but manufacture them as well.
The aim is to significantly cut down the time to design and build things like a jet engine.
The company has raised $12 billion in funding from investors including Blackrock and JP Morgan Chase.
