Coffee makers recalled after burn reports
(CNN)– More than 17,000 coffee makers sold online have been recalled after dozens of reports of burns.
The recall affects Kidisle-branded hot and iced coffee machines with a model number k-c-101-b.
The machines can become clogged, leading to unexpected releases of hot water or steam.
There have been 100 reported incidents and at least 27 injuries, some needing medical treatment.
The appliances were sold on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay between June 2024 and April 2026.
If you have one of these coffee makers you’re encouraged to stop using it immediately.
You can get a refund by emailing the manufacturer.
