Survey: 25% of teens use food delivery in school

(CNN)– Food delivery apps are quite popular with American teens.

A new survey spoke to more than a thousand teens ages 13 to 17.

Nearly half of them say they use food delivery apps, and a quarter of the teens use them while they’re in school.

A majority of teens ordered fast food like pizza and burgers.

The survey found students in the western U.S. were more likely to be allowed to use the apps during school compared to other areas of the country.
