Narcotics investigation led to multiple charges following search warrant in Winnsboro

WINNSBORO, S.C. (WOLO)– A Fairfield County man has been arrested on several drug trafficking charges.

Investigators say Tuesday, September 22, they executed a search warrant at a home on Chatham Circle in Winnsboro.

Also investigators say they located and seized evidence that resulted in the arrest of Jason McMurray.

He was taken to the Fairfield County Detention Center, and the investigation is still ongoing.

McMurray was charged with trafficking heroin, trafficking fentanyl, trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana (PWID), contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and neglect of a vulnerable adult.
