Sumter Co. Boy Dead After Four-Wheeler Accident

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A 12-year-old boy is dead, following a four-wheeler accident Sunday afternoon.

The victim was identified as Hunter Moore of Olanta, S.C.

Sumter County Coroner Harvin Bullock said Moore died of internal injuries.

The incident occurred happened in the 11,000 block of Douglas Swamp Road not far from Moore’s home.

He died on the way to McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.

We’re told that he turned 12 just five days ago.
