RCSD deputy surprises three families with groceries

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– One Richland County Sheriff’s Department decided to give back to the community he patrols with a surprise.

Cpl. Brewer surprised three families with the help of Serve & Connect, Walmart on Forest Drive and local store owners to make the families’ day memorable with groceries.
