Kraft’s newest Oscar Mayer hot dog is missing meat

(CNN)– Oscar Mayer is releasing meatless hotdogs and sausages.

The Kraft Heinz owned brand says the vegan “not hot dogs” and “not sausages” have a smoky and savory taste that mirror the regular versions.

They will be rolling out nationwide later this year.

Kraft amped up its partnership with “not co” for these plant-based foods.

In the past year, they released vegan Mac and Cheese, mayonnaise and cheese slices.

It appears Kraft is doubling down on the plant-based products even as the trend seems to be fading.
