Watching the Tropics

There’s about a 40% chance that a blob of moisture just to the east of Caribbean will become a tropical storm over the next few days. As it moves to the west, it will initially encounter a large area of dry air. If it survives that, then it could develop. Lots of uncertainty with this one so please stay tuned…
