Report: Anti-semitism on the rise

(CNN)– Incidents of anti-semitism reached a new high in 2023.

According to the Anti-Defamation League’s annual audit, the group tracked more than 88 hundred incidents last year.

That’s up 140% from 2022.

The incidents range from cases of harassment to vandalism and assaults.

To combat the rise of anti-semitism, the ADL is calling on Congress to support the countering Anti-semitism Act which was introduced earlier this month.

The group also recommends state and local leaders increase safety fro Jewish communities.
