COLUMBIA SC (WOLO)–Columbia City Ballet’s William Starrett says that his ballet Emanuel was inspired by the need to do “something” to help bring people together, after the Charleston church shooting.  His original ballet was two years in the making, and opens in Columbia Friday and Saturday evening at the Koger Center.
