COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) has closed I-126 Westbound off-ramp to Colonial Life Boulevard for construction, said SCDOT.

The Department of Transportation is expecting the closure to last until November 1.

As part of the closure a detour has been put in place.

SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when driving through the work zone.
