RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help finding someone accused of stealing at a mall.

Investigators said on Sunday, October, 20 a man stole a gold rope chain at Columbia Mall and then left on foot.
