Madagascar Comes to the Metro: Lions, Zebras and Giraffes, oh my!
Madagascar is coming to the Metro! This motion picture has now turned into a musical adventure and will be performed at Harbison Theatre. The show starts at 7-30 tonight.
Don’t worry if you can not make it, there will be shows until August sixth.
Tickets are between 12 and 15 bucks and can be purchased at the door.

Solar Science: Get ready for some scientific fun.

The South Carolina State Museum along with SCE&G is bringing solar science Saturdays every saturday for the month of August.

There will be solar eclipse activities like hover craft rides, launching rockets and more.
It’s free with the purchase of general admission.

H2O For Heroes: Eat your way into a greater cause.

Saturday is the sixth annual h2o for heroes bottled water drive.
All Columbia Firehouse Subs Restaurants will offer a medium sub in exchange for donating an unopened 24 pack of bottled water.

This is for one day only folks. Help first responders beat the heat and get your grub on at the same time.
