Richland Library Friends and Foundation to host Winter Book Sale

 

 

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)–  The Richland Library Friends and Foundation is hosting their 2025 Winter Book Sale.

Readers will have a chance to get their hands on deals and rare finds while adding to your book, music, and movie collections.

Richland Library says the book sales offer the community opportunities to take advantage of great deals and rare finds while supporting their local library.

To take part in the book sale Richland Library Operations Center located at 130 Lancewood Road for two opportunities to browse more than 30,000 gently-used books, CDs, and DVDs on the following dates:

  • A private book sale is scheduled for Friday, January 24, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. A minimum, yearly donation of $25 or more to the Richland Library Friends and Foundation is required to attend. Donations can be made online or at the door. Call 803-929-3436 to check your donor status.
  • A public book sale is scheduled for Saturday, January 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Prices for paperbacks start at $1, and prices for hardbacks start at $2. Materials are available in all genres for children, teens, and adults.
