Man wanted in connection with home invasion that resulted in a death, say Lexington Co. deputies

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Deputies are asking for help finding a 19-year-old wanted for two counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, said Lexington County deputies.

Kierstan Damien Rucker, 19, is also wanted for possession of a weapon during a violent crime, armed robbery, criminal conspiracy and first degree burglary. 

Investigators said he is wanted in connection to a December 2024 home invasion that resulted in a death in Gaston. Rucker is 6’2” and weighs 185 pounds.

Anyone who has seen him is asked to not approach him and to call 911 immediately.
