Columbia Boat Show coming to the fairgrounds
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Columbia Boat Show is coming to the state fairgrounds.
The boat show is presented by Putnam’s Harbor Marina at Lake Murray, and will be held on multiple days starting with Friday, Feb. 21, at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds.
According to event manager Jacqui McGuinness, president of JBM & Associates, this year’s show promises to be the best yet with more than 60 different boat brands and 70 exhibitors.
“The Midland’s local boating community has been the driving force behind the Columbia Boat Show for many years and we’re delighted to have Putman’s Harbor Marina on board as this year’s presenting sponsor. We have something for everyone with the latest lines and products for outdoor enthusiasts, plus fun activities and entertainment that the entire family can enjoy,” says McGuinness.
The boat show will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23.
Parking is $5 at the fairgrounds Gate 6 entrance at 901 George Rogers Blvd. and opens at 9:30 a.m. each day.
Tickets are $10 for adults in advance with online purchase and $12 at the gate.
Discounts are available for military with ID and children ages 4 to 12.
