UPDATE: RCSD says missing 13-year-old boy is found safe

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Sheriff’s Department says a missing 13-year-old has been found safe.

Deputies said 13-year-old John Foster Jr., was last seen on Monday, Feb. 24, on Dan Entzminger Road in Blythewood.

Again, the 13-year-old has been found safely.
