COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS) announced that full SNAP benefits will be issued for the month of November.
On Wednesday, November 12, President Trump signed into law the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and

Which provides funding for the SNAP program, including the November 2025 benefits, throughout the current federal fiscal year ending on September 30, 2026.
DSS says based on guidance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) on Thursday, November 13, the department will issue full SNAP benefits for the month of November 2025 to approved and qualified households.
SNAP benefits for November 2025 will be available on EBT cards on Friday, November 14.
Newly approved SNAP households whose benefits were authorized between October 16 and November 13, and SNAP households with a monthly issuance date between the 1st and the 14th will also receive their benefits.
