SCDOT to begin demolition of Highway 6 bridge in Calhoun County

CALHOUN COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Officials with the SC Department of Transportation say crews will begin demolishing the Highway 6 bridge over I-26 at exit 136 in Calhoun County.

To do this, they say traffic will route around the project.

The work is scheduled to get underway next Tuesday, Dec. 9.

As always, they urge drivers to use caution when driving near the work zone.
