Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) – James Smith has been elected as the Democratic nominee for Governor in the 2018 SC Primary elections.

ABC Columbia News Reporter Alexis Frazier was at 701 Whaley with Smith and running mate Rep. Mandy Norrell this evening as they celebrated the victory.
