Crescent Moon Next to Venus Tonight

Just after sunset, look to the western sky, near the horizon, and you’ll see what appears to be a bright star next to the crescent moon. The bright “star” is actually the planet Venus. It’ll look something like the picture below. Venus is the second brightest thing in the night sky – second only to the moon.
