Deputies: Man arrested after guns found in baby’s room, one in the crib

Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Richland Co. deputies say a man is in custody after guns were found hidden in his 10-month-old child’s bedroom during a search warrant.
Investigators say on Wednesday morning, deputies conducted a search warrant at Karlos Gibson’s home on Van Heist St.
While searching the home, investigators say they found two guns in the baby’s bedroom, one in a closet and another in the child’s crib.
Deputies say Gibson was arrested and charged with Possession of a Machine Gun and Unlawful Conduct Towards a Child.
Officials say Gibson is currently on ankle monitor surveillance as a bond condition related to a murder.
