Kershaw Co. Coroner releases name of teen who died after motor vehicle accident

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Kershaw County Coroner David West has released the name of the person who died after a motor vehicle accident, says the coroner’s office.

The motor vehicle accident happened in the 100 block of Dicey Ford Road in Camden around 5 in the morning on Friday, Nov. 6.

The deceased was a 15-year-old juvenile from the Camden area.

He was taken to MUSC-Kershaw Health by EMS where he was pronounced dead on arrival, according to the coroner’s office.

The 15-year-old was a passenger in the vehicle with two other juveniles.

The accident is still under investigation by the Camden City Police Department and the Kershaw County Coroner’s Office.
