An Armed Robbery SC Suspect Arrested

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – An armed robbery suspect is arrested after police say he admitted to committing crimes within Richland County. Gary Vaughn Caple (shown in his mug shot) was taken to The Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center Monday afternoon. During one specific incident, Caple and another suspect are accused of pointing a weapon at a victim at the A-M P-M store on Pervical Road. Authorities say they demanded money, an assaulted the victim. Additional charges may be filed in the case.
