Man arrested after breaking into Camden Highway store in Dalzell

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Sumter County deputies say one man has been arrested for breaking into a store on Camden Highway on July 8.

Officials say James Ray Pierce, 25, is charged with burglary for the break-in at the store in Dalzell in the early morning.

Investigators released surveillance video that shows Pierce throwing a brick through the glass door, going into the store and took a cigarette lighter and a bag of chips once he was inside.

Deputies say he later turned himself in.
