Lexington PD offering free child car seat checks

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Today and tomorrow, the Lexington Police Department says its Child Passenger Seat Technicians will offer free child car seat safety checks at Menchie’s, located at 5880 Sunset Boulevard.

Officials say they will offer the checks from 2-6 p.m., and Menchie’s will give out a free frozen yogurt coupon for each car seat checked.
