Calhoun County Sheriff: Woman kills boyfriend after argument
ST. MATTHEWS, S.C. (AP) — The Calhoun County sheriff says a woman shot and killed her boyfriend in a St. Matthews home.
Sheriff Thomas Summers told The Times and Democrat of Orangeburg (http://bit.ly/1WUgc0n ) that the body of 54-year-old Mitchell Lee Taylor was found in the home Tuesday, two days after he was shot.
Summers says Taylor argued with his girlfriend, 38-year-old Christina Renee Weaver, before the shooting. The sheriff wouldn’t say what the two argued about or what his investigators think Weaver did for two days after killing her boyfriend.
Weaver is charged with murder. It wasn’t known if she had a lawyer.
