Tropics Looking More Active

It has been unusually slow in the Atlantic Ocean in terms of tropical storms or hurricanes.  There have been no storms at all in August.  But that looks like it’s about to change.  Conditions are now pretty favorable for a tropical storm (or two) to develop over the next 5 days.  The red area is the most likely area for development.  Stay tuned!
