WATCH: Ray Allen headlines SC Hall of Fame induction Monday night

Ray Allen, the son of an Air Force veteran, starred for Hillcrest High School in Dalzell, South Carolina, about an hour east of Columbia. He returned to the Palmetto State this week to be part of the newest group of inductees into the South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame.

South Carolina head women’s basketball coach Dawn Staley announced that Nelly Perry has signed a financial aid agreement to attend the University and play for the Gamecocks.

The 41st-ranked Clemson women’s tennis team gave a great effort, but was ultimately overpowered by Vanderbilt, the No. 1 overall seed in the tournament and the second-ranked team in the nation, falling 4-0 in the NCAA Second Round at the Currey Tennis Center in Nashville, TN on Saturday.
