Richland Co. Sheriff’s Dept. Partners for Abstinence Education Program

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is partnering up with the United States Parents Involved in Education (U.S.P.I.E.) and the Institute for Emerging Leaders, Incorporated.
