Richland County Sheriff’s Deputies say a 76-year-old was murdered in her home on Edgewater Drive Sunday afternoon, in an apparent robbery.

Freshman Gaby Amos carded her first collegiate round under par (71, 1-under) on Sunday for the South Carolina women’s golf team, which earned an 11th-place finish (40-over) at the Ruth’s Chris Tar Heel Invitational. The Gamecocks posted a 7-over (295) in the final round of three-day tournament.
