Richland County, FEMA to begin county-wide damage assessment

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) personnel, along with the Richland County Emergency Management Division (RCEMD) will begin โ€œwindowโ€ tours Thursday, Oct. 3, throughout the countyโ€™s 11 districts as part of damage assessment following Hurricane Helene.
