SC will keep fighting for gay marriage ban

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina will continue to defend itself against a lawsuit over its ban on gay marriage despite a decision by a federal appeals court with jurisdiction over the state that a similar gay marriage ban in Virginia is unconstitutional.
