West Columbia Police Arrest Man in Connection with Hit and Run

West Columbia Police have arrested Diedreich Adam Jackson, 29, and charged him with leaving the scene of an accident involving death. On November 5, 2011 the West Columbia Police Department had a traffic fatality that occurred during the early morning hours on N.12th Street. According to police, It appeared a vehicle struck a pedestrian who was walking northbound on the sidewalk.

USC and Clemson Games Set For Noon
