Spurrier On Life Without Lattimore

USC Head Football Coach Steve Spurrier addressed the media Tuesday for the first time since the Gamecocks learned star sophomore running back Marcus Lattimore would miss the rest of the season with a knee injury. South Carolina's new voter photo identification law appears to be hitting black precincts in the state the hardest. An Associated Press analysis of the impact of the new state law shows 10 precincts around the state where nonwhite voters make up almost all the voters who could be ineligible to cast a ballot under the new law.

Fake Social Worker

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) _ A 45-year-old Columbia man is accused of posing as a social worker and taking the money of seven vulnerable adults in two homes. Columbia Police Chief Randy Scott announced Monday that Mitchell Smith is charged with unauthorized practice as a social worker. It was unclear if he has an attorney.
