The Richland County Sheriffโs Department is investigating three stabbings and assaults that happened at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on Wednesday, Nov. 8.
Wednesday morning, the Motherโs/Fatherโs Voice program was renamed Rileyโs Readers to honor former US Secretary of Education and South Carolina governor Richard Riley.
As part of the tribute, members of the eighth grade band played a medley of Armed Forces songs honoring each branch of the military, and original drawings were given to each Veteran in attendance by a Fulmer Middle School art student -- proving that patriotism isn't just for adults.

Investigators say on October 26th at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool, Wages was accused of grabbing a 3 year old boy by his arms with force and leaving visible marks.
