COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — A South Carolina parole board is revoking the early release granted to an executive involved in one of the state's biggest bankruptcies because the Attorney General's office was not notified.

CHESTERFIELD, S.C. (AP) _ A middle school teacher is facing charges of having sex with a student in a third South Carolina county. The State Law Enforcement Division said Thursday that 36-year-old Carole Ann Hope is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor and lewd act upon a child for two encounters earlier this year with a 14-year-old on a dirt road near Pageland Central High.
