Italian in Ravenel cocaine case to plead guilty

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — An Italian citizen who spent more than three years on the run after he was charged in a cocaine conspiracy that included Thomas Ravenel plans to admit he provided cocaine to the former South Carolina treasurer.
