I-20 Westbound flowing again after morning incident

A tractor trailer turned on its side Wednesday morning, causing complete blockage of I-20 westbound around Malfunction Junction and shutting off the ramp from I-26 eastbound to I-20 westbound. Traffic is now flowing normally in the area.
